Q: Do I need an appointment to look at wedding gowns or bridesmaid dresses?

A: While we do welcome walk-ins at anytime, you can also call ahead and make an appointment so we can provide you with the finest possible service.

Q: What should I bring to my appointment?

A: You can bring pictures of dresses you have seen on our website, in magazines, on social media, or that you’ve tried on elsewhere. We also suggest that you bring nude or white undergarments and shoes at the desired height you wish to have at your wedding. Above all, be sure to bring an open mind as our consultants may surprise you with a style you were not even expecting to look good in.

Q: Do you provide in house alteration services?

A: We offer full alterations services in house.  

Q: What is your payment policy?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks ,and cash.  All purchases must be paid in full before delivery.  We do require half down for any special orders. Final payment is due when the order arrives. For alterations we require half down to begin working on the gown and the other half before the gown is taken home from the store.

Q: Do you carry bridesmaid dresses or mother of the bride dresses?

A: We carry a wide range of bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses from major designers, please see our complete list on the Designers page.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will work with you to make sure you have the right gown, the right look and the right accessories for your special day. However all sales are final.
